Reservation

Reservations can be made via the website or by directly contacting our Travel Consultant

The prices attached to the package offer may still change at any time as long as the tour has not been confirmed

The prices attached are not valid during the Holiday/Eid period, tours during this period will be subject to additional fees

All new services will be blocked if payment has been made

Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer, come directly to our office, or credit card

Tour down payment of 50% must be paid a maximum of 3 (three) days after confirmation

Payment via bank transfer, please send proof of payment to us

Payment must be made in full within 3 days

Cancellation

Unilateral cancellation by the ordering party after making a down payment is non-refundable

Cancellation after payment:

H-14 50% tour fee refund

D-7 there is no refund of tour fees

There will be several destinations that cannot be canceled if you have made a reservation, these destinations will be informed by our Travel Consultant before confirmation

Greater Force Majeure

Cancellation of crossing schedules due to weather is beyond our responsibility

Cancellation of flight schedules is beyond our responsibility

How long we retain your data
